At Sleep Doctor, we want you to rest easy knowing that if your loungewear or pajamas aren't a perfect fit, you can return them within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unwashed condition with tags attached to ensure a seamless refund or exchange process.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Items
Carefully place your unworn garments back into their original packaging and include the provided packing slip to help us identify your order.
Attach the Label
Download and print your pre-paid shipping label from the portal, then securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.
Ship and Relax
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
